About Preemptive.cloud lists

You can store the following list information in your Preemptive.cloud Broadcast Messaging database:

• Your Reference (usually the company name - required)


• Recipient Name (required)


• Fax Number (required for fax lists- include area code)


• Email (required for email lists)


• Mobile Number (required for SMS lists)


• Phone Number (required for text to speech lists - include area code)


• State


• Region


• Postcode


• Seven custom fields

Click Manage My Lists above to start inputting your recipient details once you have created your list, or you can choose to import your data from a .csv or .txt file.

Remember: the only fields available are the ones listed above!
